Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Sales Manager to join the Boston Marriott Burlington team. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and lead requests for groups, aligning customer preferences with hotel needs, and maximizing revenues through effective up-selling and exceptional customer service. This position involves creating contracts, coordinating with sales channels, understanding market trends, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant sales experience in the hospitality industry, a university or college degree, and a strong understanding of market dynamics and revenue management.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales and marketing experience in hospitality.
  • University or college qualification or degree.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, enterprise objectives, and business strategies.
  • Knowledge of economic and accounting principles, P&L statements, and financial data reporting.
  • Familiarity with total hotel revenue management concepts and strategies.
