Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer to join the AWS Cryptography team at Amazon Development Center U.S., Inc. This is a full-time position with a focus on implementing cryptography at scale to keep customers' data safe. The team is dedicated to providing top-notch security features that enable customers to confidently move sensitive workloads to the cloud.
Responsibilities
- Own the complete software development lifecycle for AWS Cryptography.
- Operate an AWS business with globally distributed servers and customers.
- Deliver secure and reliable services using C and Rust programming languages.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Experience in leading design or architecture of systems.
- Previous mentorship or leadership role in an engineering team.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of full software development lifecycle experience.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
