Job Description

We are looking to hire a Service Advisor to join our team at Auto Centers. As a Service Advisor, you will consult with customers regarding their vehicle service needs and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate directly with customers to understand and address their service requirements.
  • Schedule service appointments efficiently to meet customer needs.
  • Oversee and ensure that service technicians complete work promptly and accurately.
  • Perform various other duties as assigned to support the service department.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Analytical and detail-oriented with the ability to synthesize information effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service abilities.
  • Strong oral communication and delegation skills.
  • Experience in managing people and ensuring quality service delivery.
  • Demonstrated commitment to ethics, quality, safety, and security.

Preferred Education/Experience:

One year certificate from college or technical school, related experience, or equivalent.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Directly supervise a team of service technicians in the department, following organizational policies and laws.

Work Environment

Encounter a work environment with moderate noise levels and occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts.

Physical Demands

Requirements include standing, walking, and occasional sitting to perform job functions.
