Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Social Worker to join our team at LifeBridge Health. In this full-time role at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD, you will provide essential clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and their families. Your responsibilities will include addressing a variety of common issues such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, and counseling related to end-of-life matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW); Master's degree preferred.
- LCSW-C certification preferred.
- LGSW certification.
- Day shift from 8:00am to 4:30pm.
