Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate Social Worker to join LifeBridge Health, a leading healthcare provider in Maryland. As a Social Worker at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and their families. Your responsibilities will include assisting with adjustment to institutional living, addressing financial concerns, supporting family relationships, providing counseling related to medical conditions and treatments, discharge planning, and offering guidance on end-of-life issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) required; Master's degree preferred.
- Preferred certifications: LCSW-C, LGSW.
