Job Description
We are hiring a passionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our team at LifeBridge Health. This full-time position based in Baltimore, MD at Levindale Hospital offers a day shift schedule from 8:00am to 4:30pm. As a Social Worker, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients/residents and their families, addressing various common challenges including adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, aging-related changes, discharge planning, and counseling on end-of-life issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) required. Master's degree preferred.
- LCSW-C certification preferred.
- LGSW credential required.
