Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Social Worker to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As a full-time Social Worker at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients/residents and their families. Your responsibilities will include addressing various common problems such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, and discharge planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW), Master's degree preferred.
- LCSW-C preferred.
- LGSW certification.
