Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Social Worker at Levindale Hospital, you will provide essential clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients/residents and their families, addressing a variety of common challenges. Your role will involve assisting patients with adjusting to institutional living, addressing financial concerns, navigating family relationships, aiding in understanding medical diagnoses and treatments, supporting discharge planning, and providing counseling on topics related to aging, powerlessness, death, and dying.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) required.
- Master's degree in Social Work preferred.
- LCSW-C certification preferred.
- LGSW certification.
