Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate Social Worker to join our team at LifeBridge Health. This full-time position at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD offers a sign-on bonus potential of $15,000. As a Social Worker, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients, residents, and families, addressing various challenges such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, discharge planning, and counseling on end-of-life issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) required.
- Master's degree preferred.
- LCSW-C preferred.
- LGSW certification.
