Social Worker
We are currently seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join our team at LifeBridge Health. This is a full-time position located in Baltimore, MD at Levindale Hospital within the hospital social work department. The role involves providing clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients, residents, and families, addressing a variety of common issues related to institutional living, financial concerns, family dynamics, and health-related challenges. Responsibilities
- Provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments.
- Address common issues such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, and discharge planning.
- Engage in counseling related to aging, powerlessness, and end-of-life care.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) required; Master's degree preferred.
- LCSW-C preferred.
- LGSW certification.
