We are looking for a passionate and experienced Sous Chef to join Lantern Hill by Erickson Senior Living. As part of our dedicated culinary team, you will lead kitchen operations to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our residents. Compensation

Starting at $65,000 annually, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily kitchen production and food preparation for on-time service
  • Ensure accurate preparation and quality of forecasted menu items
  • Supervise culinary staff, including scheduling, training, and discipline
  • Oversee kitchen organization, sanitation, and food safety

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years full-service experience, with 6 months in a supervisory role
  • Certified culinary program or college graduate preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical demands of the job
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
