As a Sous Chef at Riviera Golf & Tennis, you will be a key player in maintaining the highest standards of food quality and kitchen efficiency. Working closely with the Executive Chef, your role involves overseeing daily kitchen operations, developing innovative menus, mentoring culinary team members, and ensuring exceptional dining experiences for club members and guests.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu development and culinary standards.
  • Supervise food preparation to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Manage kitchen efficiency, cleanliness, and safety standards.
  • Lead and mentor culinary team for excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with other departments for special events and functions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as Sous Chef in a high-end culinary environment.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Passion for culinary arts and delivering outstanding dining experiences.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
