Job Description
We are seeking talented Sous Chefs to join our team at Windsor Run by Erickson Senior Living. As a Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in managing daily kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and upholding our commitment to exceptional dining experiences for our residents.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily kitchen production for timely meal service.
- Ensure accurate preparation and service of menu items, following recipes, food safety standards, and dietary requirements.
- Supervise culinary staff, including training, scheduling, and maintaining kitchen sanitation.
- Oversee organization and cleanliness of kitchen areas.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of full-service experience.
- At least 6 months of supervisory experience.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred, culinary program graduate a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Capable of lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to work in various temperature environments and weekends/holidays.
