Job Description

We are seeking talented Sous Chefs to join our team at Windsor Run by Erickson Senior Living. As a Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in managing daily kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and upholding our commitment to exceptional dining experiences for our residents.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily kitchen production for timely meal service.
  • Ensure accurate preparation and service of menu items, following recipes, food safety standards, and dietary requirements.
  • Supervise culinary staff, including training, scheduling, and maintaining kitchen sanitation.
  • Oversee organization and cleanliness of kitchen areas.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of full-service experience.
  • At least 6 months of supervisory experience.
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred, culinary program graduate a plus.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Capable of lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to work in various temperature environments and weekends/holidays.
