Job Description

We are looking for a Store Manager (Bilingual) to join our team at Community Choice Financial Family of Brands. As a Store Manager, you will play a key role in managing overall store performance, developing customer relationships, and ensuring an exceptional customer service experience. Responsibilities

  • Develop customer relationships and maintain store profitability.
  • Grow the store through business-to-business partnerships and community events.
  • Coach and develop team members to maximize potential.
  • Manage store performance and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Assist in day-to-day operations in the absence of the General Manager.
  • Utilize strong interpersonal skills to communicate with customers and team members.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of key holder, supervisory, and management experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle (mileage compensated).
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required for this location.
  • Associate degree or higher preferred.
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or retail industry a plus.
