Job Description
We are looking for passionate substitute paraeducators to join Copilot Careers for immediate openings across Oregon. Regardless of your teaching experience, we provide support throughout the application and onboarding process. As a substitute paraeducator, you will support students with special needs, ensuring their academic and personal growth.
Responsibilities
- Provide instructional support to individual students or small groups.
- Assist with classroom management and supervision.
- Help with administrative tasks and prepare materials.
- Supervise students in various settings.
- Address students' academic, personal, and emotional needs.
- Assist students with special needs as per their IEPs/504 Plans.
- Follow directions from teachers and school administration.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing).
Pay: $13.50/hr
