Copilot Careers is looking for Substitute Teachers with no experience required to join our team. As a substitute paraeducator, you will assist classroom teachers in providing support to students with special needs, facilitating academic and personal growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional reinforcement for individual students or small groups.
• Assist with classroom management and general supervision.
• Support students with special needs as per their IEPs/504 Plans.
• Perform administrative duties and attend to students' needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing).
