Supervisor - Food Manufacturing

Shearer's is a leading contract manufacturer and private label supplier in the snack industry in North America. We are currently seeking a Night Shift Supervisor for our manufacturing facility in Waterford Township, PA. As a Supervisor, you will lead and direct employees in a manufacturing environment to ensure safety, quality, and productivity objectives are met.

Responsibilities

• Direct employees and plant floor activities to achieve high-quality production.
• Enforce safety and sanitation rules to maintain a safe workplace.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Track work performance, resolve issues, and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with other supervisors and teams to coordinate operations.
• Establish work schedules and optimize work processes using data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• 4-year degree in a related field OR equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of experience in production or operations management, preferably in the food processing industry.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
