Technical Architecture Manager - Citizen Development

Job Description

Discover Financial Services is seeking a Technical Architecture Manager - Citizen Development to join the Enterprise Architecture Technology Strategy organization. In this role, you will be responsible for defining, evolving, and communicating the strategy and vision for the Citizen Development program. You will collaborate with data scientists, cyber security, and risk teams to introduce initiatives like Low-Code/No-Code platforms, Digital Process Automation, and AI capabilities. Additionally, you will lead a small group of high performing Product Area Architects, motivate and mentor the team, develop thought leadership, and increase transparency about the program’s strategy and business goals.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and mentor the team to grow their skills and careers, focused on creating a nurturing environment that encourages innovation and continual learning.
• Develop thought leadership, define/contribute to technical guidelines and identify industry trends in the Citizen Development space.
• Identify, lead and contribute to the creation of best practices, white papers, workshops, etc.
• Collaborate and partner with data scientists, cloud, cyber security teams to identify use-cases and increase the adoption of the products and features, adhering to well architected principles.
• Increase transparency by creating feedback loops between internal teams and leadership about the program’s strategy and business goals.
