Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Technician Shop Supervisor to join Canon Solutions America, Inc. In this role, you will manage workflow and a team that pre-installs Canon's hardware and software technology for customers at our Regional Distribution Center shop facility. Responsibilities include hiring, training, and developing technicians, addressing customer issues, managing inventory processes, and fostering a positive working environment. Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team pre-installing Canon products for customers.
• Select, hire, train, and develop Pre-Install Technicians.
• Resolve customer issues to ensure total satisfaction.
• Manage inventory processes and parts ordering.
• Promote effective communication with customers and upper management.

Requirements

• 5 years of related experience and management experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Technical experience with Canon products.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
• Physical capability to lift 50lbs and perform warehouse tasks.
