Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Technician Shop Supervisor to join Canon Solutions America, Inc. In this role, you will manage workflow and a team that pre-installs Canon's hardware and software technology for customers at our Regional Distribution Center shop facility. Responsibilities include hiring, training, and developing technicians, addressing customer issues, managing inventory processes, and fostering a positive working environment. Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team pre-installing Canon products for customers.
- Select, hire, train, and develop Pre-Install Technicians.
- Resolve customer issues to ensure total satisfaction.
- Manage inventory processes and parts ordering.
- Promote effective communication with customers and upper management.
Requirements
- 5 years of related experience and management experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Technical experience with Canon products.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
- Physical capability to lift 50lbs and perform warehouse tasks.
