Join our Texas Roadhouse family as a legendary Service Manager! In this role, you will lead all Front of House operations, ensuring the delivery of Legendary Food and Legendary Service to our guests while managing a team of Front of House employees.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee compliance with employment policies, cleanliness, and guest safety.
• Provide Front of House training and manage employee performance.
• Control liquor orders, costs, and enforce liquor laws.
• Develop Key Hourly employees, Assistant Managers, and Hourly employees.
• Review applications, conduct interviews, and hire Front of House employees.
• Create a fun, safe environment by following core values and operational goals.
• Practice safe food handling procedures.
