Transplant Program RN Manager

Job Description

We are currently looking for a dedicated Transplant Program RN Manager to join our team at MUSC. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing our comprehensive transplant program for both Adult and Pediatric patients undergoing organ transplantation, including heart, lung, kidney, liver, and pancreas. You will play a crucial role in managing organ allocation policies, organ-specific workflows, and the day-to-day operations of our transplant teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and leadership for the transplant program.
• Ensure effective clinic operations and patient care delivery.
• Collaborate with department leaders and physicians to optimize practice efficiency.
• Implement processes to enhance patient care experience and outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Nursing with MSN/DNP from an accredited school.
• Minimum 5 years of RN nursing experience with leadership background.
• Current South Carolina licensure and BLS certification required.
• Preferred: Certified Clinical Transplant Coordinator (CCTC) with extensive transplant program knowledge.
