Responsibilities
- Assist clients with various financial transactions and inquiries.
- Open new consumer and business accounts, including supporting services.
- Recommend and cross-sell banking products to meet customer needs.
- Meet sales and referral targets to contribute to branch success.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and procedures.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in sales, teller, or loan processing.
- Detail-oriented with strong customer service and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; 10-Key by touch preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
