Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Universal Banker to join the team at International State Bank of Raton. As a Universal Banker, you will be responsible for accurately completing financial transactions for customers, opening accounts, handling teller transactions, and providing exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in building customer relationships based on trust and recommending appropriate financial solutions to meet their needs. This position will also involve business development, meeting sales goals, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with various service requests, including account openings, transactions, and inquiries.
- Perform transfers, loan payments, and wire transactions.
- Educate customers on various banking products and services.
- Meet and exceed sales and referral targets.
- Maintain knowledge of banking regulations and procedures.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in sales, teller, new accounts, or loan processing.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; 10-Key by touch is preferable.
- Detail-oriented with decision-making capabilities.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
