We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Universal Banker to join our team at International State Bank of Raton. As a Universal Banker, you will be responsible for assisting clients with various financial transactions, opening accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and recommending appropriate financial solutions. Job Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with day-to-day customer service requests, including account openings, transfers, and loan payments.
- Inform customers about banking products and services, cross-sell opportunities, and meet/exceed sales goals.
- Maintain knowledge of bank regulations, security procedures, and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with the team to support branch targets and operational excellence.
Job Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Experience: 1+ years in sales, teller, or loan processing.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, detail-oriented, strong customer service skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly wage: $16.00 - $18.00.
