Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Medication Care Manager to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Medication Care Manager, you will be responsible for administering medications and treatments in a safe and organized manner, ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.
Responsibilities
- Provide medication administration and ensure accurate documentation.
- Communicate resident and family concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Promote resident safety and well-being by following safety procedures and regulations.
- Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions to contribute to overall team success.
Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED required; certifications in CPR and First Aid.
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
- Ability to make informed decisions in the resident's best interest and handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
