Job Description
Spartan Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee our facility in Hazelwood, MO. As a leading third-party logistics company, we manage over 4 million square feet of warehouse space across multiple states. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating storage, transportation, and distribution activities while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and quality standards, including AIB food grade certification.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations.
- Lead and develop the warehouse team to provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy in operations.
- Operate mechanical and IT systems.
- Collaborate with customers and internal departments.
- Supervise staff, maintain records, and manage budgets.
- Administer inventory control and ensure compliance with food grade standards.
