Job Description
We are looking for a Water Quality Manager Regional to join our team at Advanced Drainage Systems. As the Water Quality Regional Manager, you will play a crucial role in promoting and driving growth of ADS products and solutions across the Eastern United States. You will be responsible for increasing sales and acceptance of ADS products, providing training and technical support, and establishing yourself as a technical expert in the territory.
Responsibilities
- Drive growth of ADS products and solutions in the assigned territory.
- Provide training, education, and technical support.
- Establish yourself as a technical expert in the Eastern United States.
- Interact and support ADS Sales representatives, ADS Engineered Product Managers, ADS Zone Engineers, regulatory officials, consulting engineers, land developers, contractors, and resellers.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in civil engineering and stormwater management.
- Strong strategic, tactical, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with preparation of construction documents.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Environmental, or Structural Engineering (preferred).
- PE license (preferred).
