Position: Residential Youth Counselor (Direct Care Support Youth Professional)

• Location: Pike, NH
• Type: Full-time, Part-time, Per Diem
• Pay Rate: Up to $18.00/hr plus $1000 Sign-On Bonus

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Residential Youth Counselor to join Mount Prospect Academy in supporting and guiding at-risk youth. In this role, you will provide supervision, mentorship, and care to help young individuals thrive in a residential setting. Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor students, including crisis management.
• Implement social/recreational activities for residents.
• Provide care and education following treatment plans.
• Teach daily living skills and facilitate social activities.
• Develop positive relationships and role model appropriate behavior.
• Support students in crisis or high-stress situations.
• Contribute to residents' reintegration into the community.
• Document service delivery and incidents.

Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Pass background and pre-employment checks.
