Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling merchandise, maintaining warehouse standards, and contributing to the overall success of our operations.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
- Provide input for process improvements.
- Inspect product quality and escalate issues as needed.
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18.
- Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positivity, resilience, and drive for success.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Capable of physical tasks involving lifting, bending, and operating equipment.
