1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Full-Time team member, you will play a critical role in efficiently managing stock, fulfilling orders, and maintaining warehouse standards. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently for store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to uphold warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and quality control.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic procedures.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout the warehouse.
