Job Description
We are looking for an Assistant Nurse Manager to join our Emergency Department team at Northwest Hospital. As part of this role, you will have 24-hour accountability for coordinating resources to ensure high-quality service delivery that aligns with our hospital's mission and philosophy.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the coordination of patient care activities in the Emergency Department.
- Provide leadership and support to nursing staff.
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the nursing team to deliver exceptional patient care.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent working knowledge required.
- Bachelor's in Nursing, National Certification preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Maryland Registered Nurse License and CPR/BLS Certification.
