Job Description

We are looking for a talented Manager of Demand Planning to join our team at Advanced Drainage Systems. As the Demand Planning Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the demand planning and consensus forecasting process within our organization. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate demand forecasts, manage inventory levels, analyze data, monitor performance, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and lead process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong data analysis skills, excellent communication abilities, industry knowledge, problem-solving capabilities, and adaptability. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field, with a preference for a Master's degree and at least 7 years of experience in demand planning and leadership.
