Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Care Manager to provide quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. You will build meaningful relationships, attend to daily living needs, and support residents in life skills and enriching activities.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with seniors and families, attend to care needs, and understand preferences.
• Notify management of condition changes and recommend care adjustments.
• Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Respond to dining needs while maintaining hospitality standards.

• High School diploma/GED, certifications where required, and previous senior care experience preferred.
