Caregiver Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Caregiver Lead to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As the Lead Care Manager, you will oversee a group of Care Managers to ensure quality care and services are provided to our residents. This role involves supervisory responsibilities, providing support for daily living activities, documenting care, and fostering a safe and engaging environment. Responsibilities

Essential Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support team members in providing care and services according to residents' Individualized Service Plans.
• Assist with meal service, documentation, and ensuring compliance with policies.
• Participate in meetings, training, and onboarding of new team members.

Other Responsibilities:

• Administer medications if needed and maintain a safe environment for staff and residents.
• Report incidents, communicate changes in resident conditions, and resolve conflicts collaboratively.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with seniors and solid leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Competency in computer applications and willingness to learn new tools.
• Commitment to quality senior care and maintaining a positive work environment.
