Job Description
Morton Buildings, Inc., the industry leader in post-frame construction, is seeking a dedicated Construction Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for expanding market share in an assigned geographical area, nurturing relationships with existing clients, and fostering new customer connections.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a strong sales funnel to meet or exceed established sales targets.
- Coordinate all aspects of building projects, including managing subcontractors, navigating permits, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Utilize technology to streamline project management processes from pre-sale through completion.
- Maintain customer confidentiality and uphold professional communication standards.
Requirements
- 2 years of sales experience or 5 years of construction management experience.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, construction, or project management preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and willingness to embrace industry changes.
