Construction Sales: Consultant and Project Management

Job Description

We are currently seeking a full-time Construction Sales Consultant and Project Management professional to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Drive market share growth within an assigned territory by acquiring new customers and nurturing existing relationships.
• Manage complex construction projects from pre-sale to completion, ensuring customer satisfaction and superior quality.
• Develop an effective sales funnel to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Coordinate project stakeholders, including internal personnel and subcontractors, and manage permitting processes.
• Maintain confidentiality and exhibit strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• 2 years of sales experience or 5 years of construction management experience.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, construction, or project management preferred.
• Commercial sales experience is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adept at integrating technology into daily activities.
• Ability to travel occasionally.
