Job Description

Morton Buildings, Inc. is the industry leader in post-frame construction with over 120 years of experience and a widespread presence across America. We are currently seeking a self-driven and motivated Construction Sales Consultant and Project Manager to join our team. This challenging role involves increasing market share within an assigned territory, building relationships with both new and existing customers, and overseeing complex construction projects.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers while increasing market share in the assigned geographical area.
  • Manage the entire construction process from pre-sale to completion, coordinating with MBI personnel, subcontractors, and overseeing permitting requirements.
  • Utilize technology to effectively manage project details and sales activities.
  • Meet or exceed established sales budgets and grow market share.
  • Ensure customer confidentiality and deliver high-quality service.

Requirements

  • 2 years of sales experience or 5 years of construction management experience.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, construction, or project management preferred.
  • Commercial sales experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and solve problems.
