Job Description

Morton Buildings, Inc., the industry leader in post-frame construction, is seeking a full-time Construction Sales Consultant and Project Manager to join our team. Our Sales Consultants play a crucial role in increasing market share within assigned territories, fostering relationships with both new and long-standing customers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers in the construction industry.
  • Create and manage sales funnels to meet or exceed sales budgets.
  • Coordinate building projects from start to finish, including managing subcontractors and ensuring compliance with permitting requirements.
  • Utilize technology to streamline project management tasks and adapt to industry changes.

Requirements

  • 2 years of sales experience or 5 years of construction management experience.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, construction, or project management preferred.
  • Commercial sales experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
