Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Coordinator for Community Outreach and Information Services to join AccessMatters, a non-profit organization in Philadelphia. In this role, you will provide essential counseling, education, referrals, and advocacy on sexual and reproductive health topics to youth and adults. You will also be responsible for developing and delivering community health education workshops, providing hotline counseling, and supporting program operations.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and develop educational workshops.
  • Facilitate sexuality education workshops for various audiences.
  • Provide confidential counseling and referrals via the hotline.
  • Assist with program operations and data management.
  • Engage in community outreach and promote programs.
  • Represent AccessMatters at external events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience in health education or counseling.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with diverse communities.
  • Flexible, organized, and able to work independently.
