Job Description
We are excited to offer a full-time position for a CT Technologist at Corewell Health. Join our team at Corewell Health Wayne Hospital and play a vital role in performing diagnostic CT exams, providing excellent patient care, and ensuring the best possible images for interpretation. This position offers competitive pay rates and a $7,000 sign-on bonus.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic CT exams using appropriate imaging equipment following established protocols.
- Provide procedural information and educate patients/families before each exam.
- Ensure patient safety during procedures and follow radiation protection principles.
- Operate CT imaging equipment proficiently and perform necessary quality control tests.
- Collaborate with medical staff, management, and support teams for effective patient care.
Qualifications
- Graduate of a JRCERT Accredited Radiography program.
- 1-3 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Certification by ARRT with additional CT certification required within 1 year of hire.
- Basic Life Support Certification for Healthcare Providers.
