Director of maintenance

Job Description

Rockwell Care is seeking a dedicated Director of Maintenance to join our team at Joshua Tree Post Acute Care Center (JTPACC) in Yucca Valley. As a key member of our facility, you will be responsible for overseeing maintenance projects, coordinating housekeeping and laundry services, and ensuring the facility operates smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance staff in various projects.
• Coordinate housekeeping and laundry services efficiently.
• Utilize expertise in general maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and appliance maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and functional environment for staff and residents.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in maintenance-related fields.
• Proficiency in general maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, or appliance maintenance.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Dedication to ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and functionality.

Full-time, Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm & On Call
