Job Description
We are looking for dedicated Lead Teachers to join our prestigious Threes preschool programs across various campuses in Maryland. As a Lead Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and educational environment for our students, fostering independence and growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a creative and age-appropriate curriculum.
- Ensure the health, safety, and welfare of all students.
- Support the developmental needs of each child in the classroom.
- Demonstrate effective leadership and communication skills.
- Create and maintain a positive learning environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field + required certifications.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of child development principles and instructional strategies.
- Proficient in MSDE regulations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to pass state and federal background checks.
