Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Clinical Outcomes Specialist in Acute Care to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As a Masters’ or Doctoral prepared Registered Nurse, you will serve as a crucial resource to improve quality care outcomes within Acute Care. Your role will involve collaborating with nurses and patients, promoting evidence-based practices, and driving sustainable changes to enhance nursing professional practice and patient care. This position requires a data-driven approach to lead transformative initiatives that elevate healthcare delivery.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with nurses and patients to improve quality care outcomes.

Requirements
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree required.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience.
- American Heart Association BLS certification.
- Maryland Registered Nurse (RN) License required.
- Neurology and/or Ortho Trauma experience preferred.
