Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position in the Emergency Room at Grace Medical Center involves day and night shifts with varying hours. As a Staff Nurse (RN), you will provide nursing care to patients in accordance with the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organization protocols. The role includes developing, implementing, and evaluating care plans, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and maintaining clinical competency.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- BLS certification required, ACLS within 6 months of hire.
- PALS and Hazmat certification within a year of hire.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
- Completion of orientation as per policy/procedures.
Unit Details
The new Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center offers a state-of-the-art design with 29 private treatment rooms, dedicated providers' stations, negative pressure rooms, a behavioral health treatment pod, and a CT Scanner for early diagnosis.
