Job Description
We are excited to announce a full-time opportunity for a Nursing Graduate at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room of Grace Medical Center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nursing care to patients in compliance with standards of practice and organization protocols. This role involves developing, implementing, and evaluating plans of care to meet the physical, psychosocial, spiritual, and educational needs of patients and their families.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in accordance with the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organization guidelines.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality care delivery.
- Maintain clinical knowledge and competency to facilitate patient care.
- Create a safe patient care environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- Certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
