NURSING GRADUATE

Job Description

We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health located in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position in the Emergency Room requires a weekend commitment with day and night shifts. The staff nurse role involves providing nursing care to patients following defined protocols and guidelines. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various healthcare professionals to ensure quality care delivery and maintain a safe patient environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in compliance with standards of practice.
• Develop, implement, evaluate, and revise patient care plans.
• Collaborate with staff, physicians, and other disciplines for quality care.
• Maintain clinical knowledge and skills competency.
• Ensure a safe patient care environment.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in Emergency Services preferred.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications required.
• Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
