Job Description
LifeBridge Health is currently seeking a Nursing Graduate to join our team at Grace Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position involves day and night shifts with varying hours and a weekend commitment. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room, you will provide nursing care to patients, develop and revise care plans, collaborate with medical staff, and maintain a safe patient care environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in compliance with standards and protocols.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver quality care.
- Maintain clinical competency and ensure a safe patient environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or a Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, Hazmat certifications.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
