NURSING GRADUATE

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and guidelines. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care delivery and maintain a safe patient care environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients based on their individual needs.
• Collaborate with staff, physicians, and other disciplines to develop and implement care plans.
• Maintain clinical knowledge and skills to uphold current standards of practice.
• Ensure a safe patient care environment at all times.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure with Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State.
• Minimum 2 years Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
• Certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat.
• Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
