Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position in the Emergency Room involves day and night shifts with varying hours and weekend commitments. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide essential nursing care to patients, ensuring compliance with regulations and delivering high-quality care.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in accordance with the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organizational protocols.
- Develop, implement, evaluate, and revise patient care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver quality care.
- Maintain clinical knowledge and skills to ensure optimal patient care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Services experience preferred.
- BLS required; ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications desired.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
