We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Nursing Graduate to join LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position at Grace Medical Center in the Emergency Room requires day and night shifts with varying hours, including weekend commitments. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing nursing care to patients while ensuring compliance with industry standards and organizational protocols.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organizational guidelines.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate quality care delivery.
• Maintain competencies to support evidence-based practice.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Services nursing experience preferred.
• Certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat.
• Completion of orientation program.
